Non Executive Director (NED) x2

As a NED on the Board of Directors, you’ll work with the Board and the Senior Management team to set, evolve and communicate the future company strategy, at all times, acting on behalf of the Shareholder.

As a Board Member, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the core Service Delivery and developing ‘growth engines’ for the future as well as balancing the delivery of superior cost savings through operational excellence whilst continuing to develop a five star service for service users. 

You’ll have a strong track record and demonstrable experience at a senior leadership level within a customer facing commercial, public sector and / or social care
sector, and preferably have previous NED or Board experience. You’ll also have a track record of leading a growth / improvement agenda and experience of working within a
complex governance and audit environment.  In addition, you will have the ability to constructively challenge decisions, be innovative and drive change.
