Bon Accord Care are recruiting a Service Supervisor (Reablement) to join the new Integrated Intermediate Care Facility at Rosewell. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique multi-disciplinary team, leading the support staff, delivering high standard person centred support.
You will be an experienced social care professional, with strong leadership skills and sound understanding of person centred support.
The role involves 12hr shift working on a rota pattern (day and night positions available).
This is an important role, working directly with service users and their families, using assessment skills to identify outcomes and plan required support to meet them. You will be an active part of the MDT and have excellent communication and team working skills.
As a first line manager, you will work alongside your team using coaching and mentoring to promote development and improvement. You will plan workloads, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of service users.
The role requires the ability to keep accurate records, participate in the monitoring and audit process and use a variety of IT systems to raise reports such as accidents / incidents.
Hours 39.375 per week
Salary £26 821 - £30 553

Relief Work Available
In addition to our contracted roles, we offer relief shifts at an enhanced rate – meaning that if you do not want to become a permanent member of staff but would like to pick up shifts on an ad hoc basis, then you could join the Support Pool team.
