Bon Accord Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers and Supervisors aligned to our teams within Very Sheltered Housing and Care at Home Services across Aberdeen City (Full and Part time contracted posts).

Training
We have a dedicated Learning & Development facility based at our Learning Hub, where the team provides access to all the comprehensive training required for a role within Bon Accord Care, free of charge, through the use of our large range of eLearning courses and face-to-face training with our learning facilitators.
Many of the training courses are accredited, such as: REHIS Emergency First Aid at Work, REHIS Food Hygiene (Elementary & Intermediate Levels) & Highfield Level 3 Award in H&S in the Workplace.
The qualifications we can offer are not solely based on progression in a social care career: we provide tailor-made learning pathways for all the other professions we employ too. Cooks, administrators, service supervisors and managers can all benefit from access to nationally recognised qualifications through working for Bon Accord Care.
Learning and Development can also offer access to external courses, as well as provide funding for this to further your career development and progression. This includes studying for an SQA or SVQ award, with a mentor to assist you through your learning journey and help you to achieve your qualification.

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
Qualification required by SSSC
Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) or willing to become a scheme member
To have registered or undertaken registration with the SSSC where applicable
