The Printfield 10 - Denis Law Legacy Trust Trail was officially unveiled on Saturday 24 May in Denis Law’s childhood community of Printfield. Launched by the members of the Law family themselves, representatives from Printfield project and the Denis Law Legacy Trust and Aberdeen Lord Provost, Dr David Cameron.
The ten point trail is a walking route through the Printfield community, that celebrates Denis Law’s life, career and impact on Aberdeen. This project was first initiated by the Printfield community and developed in collaboration with Denis Law Legacy Trust, Robert Gordon University, Gray’s School of Art, Denis’ family and Aberdeen City Council.
The trail was designed and delivered by Fine Day Studio, collaboration with New Practice, and the murals produced by Blank Walls - a street art company.
When you have been driving out of Aberdeen you may have seen these incredible pieces of artwork on the high-rise block off of Great Northern Road in Woodside. The mural was painted on the side of the high rise block, Clifton Court, one of our services!
